Hi,
I'm a Delphi coder and there seems to be some problem with Delphi apps and smart taskbar. Applications minimize correctly when clicking the taskbar button but it does not restore when clicking again. Only way to get it restore the window is to right click and select restore.
If I remember correctly, this wasn't a problem in Windows XP SP1. But in Windows XP SP2 it doesn't work.
