These issues are on a Vista Ultimate x64 system.
When I need to shut down and restart explorer via Taskmanager the ultramon icon does not get re-added to the notification area (There are also a few others that don't as well). This worked fine with the x32 version.
The other problem is that the smart taskbar crashes. In my observations it's looking like it happens when I have two instances of Visual Studio open and I click on the other instance, that's not been used for a couple of hours. When it happens again, I'll send the crash info.
On the plus side I'v not seen any phantom application tasks appear in the taskbar with this release.

Thanks for the bug report, I've been able to reproduce the issue on 64-bit Vista, will look into this for the next release.
