Is there anyway for me to fix this?

It just started happening recently it appears to be taking the bottom of my first(primary) monitors wallpaper.

After checking it out more the taskbar goes back to normal when I have something maxamized like a game or firefox window but right when I minimize firefox the taskbar goes back to the messed up one. I am using the beta because I have windows vista.

Further information:
It appears that it does not matter if the window maximized is on the second monitor or the primary.

This seems to be a Vista issue, happens if you have a monitor to the left of the primary. I'm not aware of a fix for this.
Regarding maximized windows: maximizing a window turns off transparency for the taskbars.

Oh ok, well it's fine not a huge deal it does not hamper the use of the toolbar :)
